KOBI

Kobi - the wolf part of wolfman Bhediya. This series was a great take on the supernatural that can exist in the jungles. However, after the issue about the wolf and human part of Bhediya separating, the story lost its serious nature. This image is my imagining of Kobi in fury.

Mr India

This one is one of my earliest sketches. Its from a series of the same name. It was an interesting but short lived series. I had started the sketch with the idea of having a blast as the background. However, it never came to be as the blast would have overshadowed Mr. India. Hence, the sketch doesnt have any background.

Tausi - The shape shifter

Also one of my first, both in terms of sketch as well as in the first comics I read. Tausi is a shape-shifting snake. The beauty of the series was the dynamics between different characters which was absent in many of the then series.

Nagraj: The snake man

One of my earliest sketches. For me drawing Nagraj proved to be most difficult, second to Tiranga and Paramanu. Difficulty with Tiranga and Paramanu is with their mask whereas with Nagraj its his skin. Anyways this I had drawn in the summer of '96.

Patriot Detective Tiranga

Just a random sketch of Tiranga.

VEGA

Vega means 'One who is fast'. Raj comics had published this under the 'King Comics' title. It was a short lived series. However, the stories were a class apart. In this image I have tried to capture Vega's speed.
